Corporate Entities

• Articles of Association together with Certificate of Good Standing.
• Shareholders´ Register updated as of the date of the account opening.
• Board Meeting minutes approving the most recent financial statements.
• Board and/or Shareholder meeting minutes approving the current senior management positions in the areas of management and finance.
• Photo ID of firm´s authorized signatories.
• In the case of a Power of Attorney proof that said Power remains in place.
• Financial Statements certified by an external auditor and legalized by the relevant body.
• Copy of most recent tax returns.
